Named after Mah Laqa Chanda, the eighteenth-century poet and cultural patron who established an extraordinary female voice within Hyderabad's literary world, the Mahlaqa print honours a woman remembered for her intellect, independence and command of her own story.

The Mahlaqa Drawstring Mini Dress is shaped in a signature feminine silhouette, brought to life through painterly roses in warm tones of ochre, rust, coral and olive. A softly gathered neckline opens into a split V-neck, framed by sculpted puff sleeves that bring definition to the shoulders.

The relaxed bodice is drawn in at the waist through a functional adjustable tie, allowing the fit to be personalised. Below, the silhouette opens into a softly gathered lower tier, creating easy movement and a playful mini finish.
