 We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each THR3LETTER piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.

However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:

Sale Item: Any Item Purchased on sale shall not be eligible for any exchange.

 

1. Size Exchanges: We understand that finding the perfect fit is crucial, and we are happy to accommodate size exchanges. If you receive an item that doesn't fit as expected, please inform us within 42 hours of delivery. We will gladly exchange it for the correct size, subject to availability.

 

2. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached. It should be returned in the same packaging it was received in.

 

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when requesting a size exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely. Thr3letter is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

 

4. Availability: Size exchanges are subject to availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, we will provide you with alternative options or offer a store credit for future purchases.

 

5. Limited Timeframe: To ensure a smooth exchange process, please make sure to inform us within 42 hours of delivery if you need to exchange the size. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

 

 6. Delivery Timeline: We deliver within the domestic region in 0-7 working days. This means that customers can expect to receive their orders within that timeframe after placing them.

 

We appreciate your understanding of our no returns policy, as it helps us maintain a sustainable approach to fashion. By avoiding unnecessary returns, we reduce carbon emissions and waste associated with the fashion industry.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We don’t do free international shipping. The cost of the courier needs to be borne by the customer.
We make every effort to promptly dispatch our Thr3letter pieces.
Ordered product will be Ready to Ship in 5-7 working days. Consequently, you can expect your ordered items/ products to arrive within 12-15 working days from the date of order placement.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
