Delivery, Return & Exchange Policy

At THR3LETTER, each piece is thoughtfully made and carefully packed with great attention to detail. In order to maintain the quality, hygiene, and overall integrity of our products, we follow the policy below.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any order once placed.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only on non-sale items, subject to availability.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be self-shipped back within 48 hours of exchange approval
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • The item must have all original tags attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Requests raised beyond this timeline will not be accepted.

Exchange Shipping

All approved exchanges must be self-shipped by the customer.

The customer is responsible for:

  • The return shipping charges
  • The re-shipping charges, wherever applicable

We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service. THR3LETTER is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit while being sent back to us.

Sale Items

All sale / discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any other country-specific charges, wherever applicable, must be borne by the customer.

Damaged / Wrong Item

In the rare event that you receive a wrong item or an item with a genuine manufacturing defect, the concern must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

To review such requests, the following are mandatory:

  • The order number
  • The clear images of the product
  • The images of the packaging
  • The full unboxing video

If the claim is verified and approved by our team, a store credit / gift code will be issued for use on our website.

We do not offer refunds or direct replacements in such cases.

Custom Orders

Any item made to custom measurements, altered, personalised, or specially made on request is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Final Review

All exchange and product-related requests are subject to review by Team THR3LETTER. The brand reserves the right to approve or decline any request if the item does not meet the conditions stated above.
