WILL MY THR3LETTER ORDER BE SHIPPED FOR FREE?
All orders above INR 2000 include FREE standard shipping within India. For orders below 2000, you will be charged a delivery fee of INR 250.
Your thr3letter outfit are shipped from our warehouse located in New delhi.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED?
Most of our orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of your purchase date. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
While we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit due to the performance of our carriers, we will assist our customers in any way possible to tackle deficiencies in third-party shipping services.
I ADDED A WRONG EMAIL, ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER. NOW WHAT?
We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure that any possible delays are avoided.
However, if you did mess up, don't worry, just drop us email with your order number and the correct details and we'll fix it for you. If that seems too cumbersome, just slide into our DMs on Instagram.
Refund policy
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card. If you have opted to pay by Cash On Delivery, a transfer of the same amount will be made to your bank account.
Please note that a Refund can take upto 21 days to be completed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you have to inform us regarding the defect within 24-48 hours of receiving, send us an e‑mail at info@thr3letter.com or Whatsapp us on +91 9888893608

WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK!
The products can be returned/ exchanged within few days time given that they are in perfect condition for size changes only and the customer service team has been informed of any issue within 24 hours of receiving the garment and will ship us back the garment in 1-2 days of receiving.

Items bought during SALE or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please Note: You have to self ship the received products to us and once it qualifies our QC we shall dispatch your replacement order or initiate your refund and additional courier charges may apply.
